Announcement: Ecoflow River Mini Wifi Review

ecoflow river mini wifi review experience report hands-on test for Overlanding, Vanlife, fishung, hunting, camping

I received an Ecoflow River Mini Wifi, which I would like to test in more detail over the next few days. A solar generator or mini-board battery, so to speak. So I would like to announce a review here.

The first impression is already quite good in terms of performance, as always you can charge and discharge at the same time, an important point when travelling. The Ecoflow app also allows you to control the inverter, the USB ports and the 12v charging socket.

You can also set how much power the Ecoflow River Mini can call up via a 12v cigarette plug, which is helpful for rental cars and cigarette lighters or charging sockets with weaker protection.

Key data:
220 WH capacity (58400mAh), 2.85 kg
Length 25 cm, width 14 cm, height 13.4 cm

Charging:
Shore power charger and 220v (300W) connection (home / campsite).
100W MTTP Solar Charge Controller (11-39V, 8A Max)
12v, 8A charging via cigarette plug

Pickup:

100W USB-C charging socket (1x)
USB ports (3x)
12v cigarette lighter distributor with 12a (1x)
Inverter 220v socket (300w, (600w peak), pure sine wave)
Wireless Charging 15w (charging pad on top)

In my experience, the larger Ecoflow River Pro is still too powerful for my needs in a touring vehicle. And when it comes to weight / space saving, I like to be at the forefront.

Whether with solar panel or 12v charging, the big brother Ecoflow River Pro has never really been at its limit in my usage patterns:

12v cooler
Notebook
Tablet
Smartphone
Drone

If you have any questions, things you want me to test - write me a comment below with your wishes!

In which of my travel vehicles (I'll probably have to make up for it here) the whole thing will be used - is still open. I will too test the internal MPPT Solarcharger by an very efficient ETFE Solarpanel.. An ETFE Panel has not to be directed fully to the sun, to be effective.
